The Shine Waterless Bodywork Cleaner was designed for situations where a conventional wash is not possible or not relevant. It removes light dirt, dust, fingerprints and recent road film, without the need for rinsing with water.

Its formula combines cleaning agents with lubricating components to lift contaminants and encapsulate them during wiping. This lubrication is essential to limit friction between the surface and the microfibre, and thus reduce the risk of micro-scratches during a waterless clean.

Unlike a traditional wash, this type of product is not suitable for very dirty vehicles or those covered in mud, sand or heavy contaminants. Its effectiveness and safety rely on sensible use, adapted to the actual condition of the vehicle.

The Shine Waterless Bodywork Cleaner also revives the appearance of the paint and leaves a visually cleaner, sharper surface after wiping. It is aimed at people wishing to maintain their vehicle regularly, particularly in urban settings, in car parks or indoors.

Shake the product before use.
Spray the product directly onto the surface to be cleaned or onto a clean microfibre.
Wipe gently without excessive pressure, using straight-line movements.
Regularly turn over or change the microfibre to avoid redepositing dirt.

Good to know: Do not use on a very dirty vehicle. Never work on a dry surface without sufficient lubrication. Always use clean microfibres in good condition. Do not use in direct sunlight or on hot bodywork. Test on an inconspicuous area if in doubt. In a standard wash we recommend this product only for door and boot openings.

Is this product compatible with all surfaces?

The Shine Waterless Bodywork Cleaner is compatible with most lacquered gloss or matte paints, painted plastics and smooth exterior surfaces as well as wraps. It is not recommended on very porous, heavily soiled or sensitive surfaces without a prior test.

Can it replace a conventional water wash?

No. This product does not replace a conventional wash when the vehicle is very dirty. It is an occasional or complementary maintenance solution, intended for light dirt and sensible use.

Is there a risk of micro-scratches?

As with any waterless cleaning, misuse can cause micro-scratches. Used correctly, with enough product and clean microfibres, the risk is greatly limited. It is essential to adapt use to the actual condition of the vehicle.
