In off-road use, a motorcycle's transmission is subjected to far greater stresses than on the road. Dust, sand, mud and splashes quickly build up on the chain and can accelerate its wear if the lubricant used is not suitable. A lubricant that is too greasy or too sticky tends to trap impurities, which impairs the proper functioning of the transmission.

The Shine Off-Road Chain Lubricant was developed to address these constraints precisely. Its formula lubricates the chain effectively while leaving a protective film designed to limit the adhesion of dirt. The chain stays lubricated, cleaner and better protected, even after rides in difficult conditions.

This lubricant helps reduce friction, protects the transmission against moisture and corrosion, and limits premature wear of the links and seals. It is particularly suited to off-road disciplines such as enduro, motocross or any use on dusty or muddy terrain.

Easy to apply and designed for regular maintenance, the Shine Off-Road Chain Lubricant helps keep the transmission smoother, cleaner and more durable, ride after ride.

  1. Thoroughly clean the chain before application, ideally with a 5-in-1 cleaner and a chain brush.
  2. Shake the aerosol, then spray the lubricant onto the chain while turning the wheel by hand.
  3. Leave it to work for a few minutes so the product penetrates properly, then wipe off any excess if necessary before riding.

    N.B.: Apply only to a stationary chain with the engine off. Do not spray onto tyres, discs or brake pads. Always use on a clean, dry chain.
