Washing your car regularly is essential to preserve the appearance of the bodywork and to prevent dirt from becoming ingrained over time. The Shine Bodywork Shampoo was developed to deliver effective, simple and safe cleaning that is accessible to everyone.

This shampoo is a powerful detergent formula that lifts away dirt, dust, road contaminants and accumulated residue without attacking the paint or the clear coat. It provides good glide and lubrication during washing, which reduces the risk of micro-scratches and makes it more comfortable to use. After rinsing, the bodywork regains a clean, uniform appearance, free of streaks and residue. It offers antistatic power that makes maintaining your vehicle easier, wash after wash.

Easy to use, this shampoo fits perfectly into a regular maintenance routine, whether for a quick wash or a more thorough one. It is suitable for all types of vehicles and all bodywork colours.

This shampoo can also be used on vinyl wraps.

Dilute your shampoo at a rate of 6ml per litre of water for hand washing and at a rate of 100ml for washing with a foam cannon.
Using a microfibre mitt or a microfibre sponge, scrub the parts of your vehicle from top to bottom for a hand wash. When using a foam cannon with a touchless rinse, rinse from bottom to top and then rinse thoroughly* from top to bottom.
Rinse your mitt regularly to avoid keeping contaminants on your wash mitt, and remember to use a different mitt for cleaning your sills.
Rinse the washed parts thoroughly.
Once washing and rinsing are complete, to properly finish your wash, dry your vehicle with a drying microfibre.

Recommended dilutions:

Bucket wash / 6ml per 1L of water.
Foam cannon / 100ml per 1L of water.

Good to know: Be careful not to over-dilute the product. It will not be any more effective for it; the recommended dilutions have been worked out to give you an effective and economical wash without risk. E.g.: in the case of chrome trims or shadow lines, too great a dilution could mark these often very delicate parts. Do not apply the product in direct sunlight.
*Remember to rinse your vehicle thoroughly after use; as the product dilutes in water it is no longer visible when you rinse, but the chemistry is still present on your vehicle. It is therefore important to take the rinsing step seriously for an optimal result.
Do not use on a hot surface or in direct sunlight. Do not let the product dry on the bodywork.

Is this shampoo compatible with all types of paint?

Yes, the Bodywork Shampoo is compatible with all matte, satin and gloss paints, and even vinyl wraps, when used in accordance with the usage instructions.

Can this shampoo be used on a vehicle protected with a sealant?

No. The Shine Bodywork Shampoo is not recommended on vehicles protected by sealants, as repeated use can impair their effectiveness over time. To maintain a protected vehicle, it is better to opt for our Beading Shampoo or our Neutral Shampoo, which are specially designed to respect and preserve existing protections.

Can it damage specific or delicate surfaces?

No. The Shine Bodywork Shampoo was developed to clean effectively while respecting surfaces. Used correctly, it damages neither the paint, nor the clear coat, nor the sensitive parts of the vehicle.
In the case of damaged or dull paint, or vehicles with a protection such as ceramic, wax, quick detailer (QD) or other, we always recommend using our Neutral Shampoo.
Our range of bodywork, gloss and degreasing shampoos falls within a pH range of 11 to 13. These are therefore effective alkaline products, but they must be used with care.
