Exterior plastics and trims are among the most exposed parts of the vehicle. UV rays, bad weather, repeated washes and pollution cause, over time, dulling, a loss of colour and sometimes a greyish or whitened appearance. Without suitable protection, these surfaces age quickly.

Developed to address these constraints, this product revives the original shade of plastics and trims while laying down a long-lasting protection. It helps limit drying out and external aggressions, for a clean, even result with no overload when correctly applied.

Unlike very greasy products that temporarily mask defects, this restorer acts deeply on the visual appearance of the surfaces and contributes to their protection over time. It is ideal for giving a fresh look to bumpers, trim strips, door seals, exterior plastics and other dull elements.

Shake the aerosol well before use.
Spray the product onto the surface to be treated or directly onto a high-quality microfibre.
Even out the product on the substrate using your microfibre.
Leave it to work for a few moments to allow the product to penetrate, then, using the other side of your microfibre, wipe off the excess until completely dry.

Good to know: Do not apply to a hot surface or in direct sunlight. Do not overload the surface with product. Avoid application on glass, painted surfaces or braking areas. This restorer contains silicone; it is therefore not advised for interior plastics, and especially on areas such as the brake, accelerator and clutch pedals as well as the steering wheel.

In the case of use on an interior plastic, do not overdose and wipe the surface well. The finish will be glossy and slightly greasy. This is why we recommend using a silicone-free interior plastic cleaner, available in a similar aerosol format but specially suited to this type of surface, with a natural satin finish.

The Shine Exterior Trim & Plastic Restorer is compatible with exterior plastics, seals, trim strips, bumpers and other unpainted exterior elements. It is not intended for glass surfaces or braking components.

Is the finish greasy or glossy?

Yes. Used correctly, the product provides a glossy, even finish. An excess of product can create a greasy effect; it is therefore important to wipe the surface properly to avoid any greasy or overloaded appearance.

How often can it be used?

Application can be carried out occasionally, when the plastics begin to dull. Regular protection helps slow ageing and makes future maintenance easier.
