Over time, tyres and exterior plastics naturally lose their original appearance under the effect of UV rays, bad weather and repeated washing. They become dull and greyish and quickly give the vehicle a neglected look, even after a full clean.

The Shine Tyre & Plastic Dressing acts both as a cosmetic renovator and as a protection. It nourishes surfaces, revives their colour and lays down a protective film that helps limit drying out as well as dust adhesion. The resulting finish is clean and even, with no excessively greasy look when applied correctly.

Its formula lets you treat large areas with a small amount of product, making it a practical and economical solution. Easy to use, it is ideal for finishing off a car wash and achieving a clean, well-kept visual result.
It is the product that makes the difference when you want to perfect the finishing touches and enhance your washes.

Make sure to apply the product to clean, dry tyres and plastics.
Place a small amount onto an applicator pad or a microfibre.
Spread evenly over the surface.
Leave to work for a few moments so that the product penetrates.
Wipe off any excess if necessary to adjust the finish.
Reapply according to exposure and the condition of the surfaces.

N.B: On an old or very dull tyre, the surface may absorb the product during the first passes, so it will be necessary to repeat the operation. Do not apply to surfaces in contact with the hands, the pedals or the tyre tread, in order to avoid any risk of slipping. Do not use on a hot surface or in direct sunlight.

Yes, the Shine Tyre & Plastic Dressing is compatible with the majority of tyres when applied only to the sidewalls and in accordance with the usage advice.

Is the finish very glossy or rather natural?

The product offers a slightly glossy, even finish. The intensity of the finish can be adjusted according to the amount applied and the final wipe-down.

How long does the shine effect last?

The duration of effectiveness depends on the conditions of use and the vehicle's exposure. Under normal use, the effect can last several weeks. A fresh application easily revives the appearance of surfaces.

In the event of frequent exposure to bad weather or to damp, muddy conditions, the product will fade more quickly. Conversely, for a vehicle that is rarely used or displayed in a showroom, the durability can reach several months.

On average, the product's durability is estimated at between 2 and 4 weeks.
