Over the miles, the bodywork is exposed to numerous contaminants that are difficult to remove with a classic wash. Tar thrown up by the road, tree resin or certain sticky residues become ingrained on the paint, the sills or the wheels and alter the vehicle's appearance.

Its formula works by dissolving ingrained contaminants, making them easy to remove without having to scrub the surface hard. This limits the risk of micro-scratches and preserves the condition of the paint and clear coat.
It is powerful but poses no problem for use on most surfaces. Thanks to its solvent-based formula, it dries quickly and leaves no marks or deposits.

This product is ideal for occasional decontamination, in addition to washing, or before a protection step. It restores a clean surface, ready to receive a wax, a sealant or a ceramic protection.

Simple to use and highly effective, the Shine Tar & Resin Remover is aimed at people who want to effectively treat stubborn contaminants without using aggressive or abrasive solutions.

Hold the aerosol vertically.
Spray directly onto the dirt or onto a suitable microfibre.
Place the product-soaked microfibre onto the components to be treated: the dirt will gradually dissolve.
This product acts as a solvent. It is therefore important to give the contaminants time to dissolve and not to scrub too hard. Repeat the operation if necessary.
Once the contaminants have been removed, rinse the surface if needed, then dry.

Precautions for use: This product contains solvents. It is therefore not recommended for use on polycarbonate or on potentially fragile surfaces.
In the case of a vehicle heavily contaminated with tar, glue or resin, it is recommended to wash the vehicle after the cleaning operation.
If in doubt about a fragile or damaged surface, carry out a preliminary test on a small area.

Good to know: Do not apply to a hot surface or in direct sunlight. Do not let the product dry on the surface. Always use a clean microfibre.

Can it be used on a protected vehicle (wax, sealant, ceramic)?

Yes, but as this product is solvent-based, it may alter or partially remove medium-quality protections present on the treated area. If your vehicle has a good-quality ceramic protection, there will be no problem.

Can it damage the paint or the clear coat?
